The construction project developed by SIA “Livland Group” for the reconstruction of the Kuldīga Central High School building is becoming a reality, and the construction works are moving forward rapidly. When developing a construction project, one of the biggest challenges is that the building was built during the Soviet era and the original construction project on paper does not match the actual situation. When the walls and roof were exposed, it was revealed that the materials used did not meet modern requirements, so it was necessary to make changes in the construction project. Despite this, the work is progressing successfully and the secondary school is planned to be completed by the beginning of the next school year.
