In 2024, a construction project was developed for the reconstruction of the Mārupīte forest park at Ojāra Vācieša street 87, Riga. Livland Group developed a stylistically unified improvement and lighting project documentation, which includes the development of the Mārupīte infrastructure construction project, including an environmentally friendly lighting project, paths and wooden footbridges, platforms, areas of exercise elements, small architectural forms (garbage bins, benches, bike racks, signs, information boards , bridges, etc.). The construction project also includes the development of documentation for the Ozolplača beautification project, which provides for the construction of a children’s playground, the development of documentation for the Mārupīte stone sculpture garden project, including a parking lot, a skate park with a free tap for drinking water, and the development of documentation for the streetball field, dog walk and training area project.
The project was developed in accordance with the decision of the Riga City Council on 18.08.2021. binding regulations No. 86 “Binding regulations for the management and protection of the Mārupīte forest park”.
