The garden of the Daugavpils Fortress at 6 Komandanta Street has been revitalized, preserving its historic character within the urban landscape.
Livland Group developed the construction design documentation and provided architectural supervision throughout the implementation of the project. As part of the project, the historic garden was restored, the monument fountain area was renovated, and the surrounding environment was improved while preserving the site’s cultural and historical values.
As a result of the project, a well-organized and aesthetically appealing public outdoor space has been created, combining landscaping elements, greenery, and the restored fountain. Development works in the area are still ongoing, with the restoration of the historic gazebo planned for the next phase.
This project contributes to the preservation of cultural and historical heritage and supports the development of one of Daugavpils’ most significant historic areas.
